What do you live for?
Today’s card is the High Priestess. She has the secrets of the underworld and of the physical world. She is telling us to not just see something with our eyes, but see things with all of our senses, with our gut. Look at a plant and just don’t see an object that you know as an image that you’ve learned in a book. Look at it with your heart, with you nose, touch… connect with it.
Today we are following the path that we’ve been following for the last month. We are looking at everything anew. We are sitting alone and ‘listening’.
We don’t realize how powerful we are. Everything that has been created on this planet by man has come from the imagination. The ones that tap into source are the ones that create, it just comes to them in their sleep, in their dreams, because they are focused.
Are you focused? Are you focused on your dreams? Or are they somewhere out there, unattainable from your grasp? Why do you believe they are unattainable? Why do you believe that somebody ‘better’ can attain this but you can not? These are questions we must ask ourselves.
Sit still. Focus on your breath. Listen. Let your intuition guide you. Be the God or Goddess you were born to be.

The Five of Cups
Today’s card is the 5 of Cups.
The 5 of Cups talks about loss. There are no coincidences because I have recently lost. Being single again is strange, but I’m fortunate to have good friends who have reached out to me. .
There is always a lesson when change comes along. It’s recognizing the role that we played, either good or not so good, it doesn’t matter. What matters is this; what did we learn? How can it help others? Can we pinpoint our error so as to not repeat it again?
The 5 of Cups also represents the 5 stages of grieving; Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. It is imperative that we recognize each step and honor each one. Do your best not to run away from them because you will just repeat it in the future. With each step spend time alone. Analyze each step, write down what you are feelings, and be honest with yourself. If you need to console with others, then do it only for growth, not for pity. Once you reach the acceptance step, congratulate yourself for going what you went through, put it on the shelf and only look at it as a reference, nothing more.
Life is a series of lessons, and as I quoted Sadhguru yesterday…
I am condemned to die a failure. But, I’m a blissful failure.
Embrace your failures. Embrace your triumphs. Embrace yourself.

I Offer My Power in the Service of Love.
Today’s card is the 4 of Pentacles.
Stability, security. But on the dark side it can be the fear of loss. Fear of change.
Although I know that change is an ever present, ever constant reality, I find myself still fighting it. Last night I barely slept because of this fear. I hunkered down in my favorite escape pose and numbed myself, all the while ‘knowing’ this was escapism. Part of the human experience is just that, it’s an experience. If we can’t experience dark, we wouldn’t know light. If we didn’t know pain, we wouldn’t know pleasure, etc.
The universe has a way of making us look at our demons. No matter what, we will have to face them sooner or later.

Yesterday I talked about loving yourself and others, and that loving yourself was imperative first before you can truly love another.
Today, look in the mirror and tell yourself you love you. Look in your eyes. Look at your flaws that you’ve tried to hide from yourself and others. Get raw, get dirty. Fuck it. Hide nothing. What do you have to lose but your true self?
Face the seemingly ugly truth that you are indeed flawed and that if others don’t like your flaws it might just mean that they don’t like theirs either. Life is a mirror. What we see is what we get. Once you see the beauty within yourself that is what you will see outside of yourself.

The Empress
Today’s card is the Empress. It’s about unconditional love. Of others and of self.
I have a confession and possibly a lesson for you all. Recently, within the last month, another relationship has ended with me. So many relationships that I have had have ended the same way, with the other person hurt, feeling rejected. The role that I have played in these relationships was never meant to harm, but always turned out that way.
You see, when you lack love for yourself it eventually projects itself out on others as it has recently for myself.
What do we do when this happens?
It’s imperative for us to do the work! Go within! Find the root of the suffering and heal it. Nobody but yourself can do this. I was mistaken to think that being alone for 5 years would solve this problem, but it hasn’t. The work must continue no matter how long.
Please don’t pity me. This isn’t a cry for help. It’s just another lesson on this planet of lessons.
If you are suffering, reach out. Talk to somebody. Just keep a distance from the pity party.

March Update
For the last month, I’ve been on a few cruises… Cruise To The Edge, On The Blue, and the Monsters of Rock Cruise. I’ve met some amazing talent and I’m blessed to be rubbing elbows with them.
Now that I’m back in Las Vegas it’s time to get back on the horse. Today I’ll be recording new DNA material. Make sure to bookmark the webpage for more updates as they come along. We’ve got a great team; Alex, Joe, Neil, and myself, as well as our friend Keith who does most of the web stuff and PR. We’ve got our friend Cali contributing vocals as well on a song or two.
We are actively pursuing a permanent Lead Guitarist, as well as Drummer. We have plenty of studio musicians to help us out along the way but we would like a few solid players to join the team to record, tour, and contribute their time and talent. We would prefer it if you were in the Los Angeles or Las Vegas area, but it’s not a deal breaker for the right people.
