Happy New Year-ish!

Happy New Year!

Yes, I know… I’m a week late. What can I say, the party never seems to stop here in Vegas. Ok, it’s not just partying… I’ve been busy with the Kill Ritual camp, setting ourselves up with new Management, Touring Company and updating the member roster. So where do I start?

First, I’d like to thank you for reading my blog. It really means a lot to me. It seems, from the reports I got for WordPress that this blog was read by 3,400 people in 2015. I think that’s pretty cool because I didn’t think that anybody read my ramblings.

So Kill Ritual is starting 2016 off with new Management. We’ve been talking to them for a few months to feel out what they do, how long they’ve been around and I’m sure they’ve done the same with us. We’re going with Extreme Management Group who have worked with some pretty big metal bands and have them playing festivals like the Tuska Open Air Metal FestivalRoskilde Festival, and my favorite…. Wacken! I’m really looking forward to working with them.

We’ve been getting everything ready for NAMM which starts in just a few weeks from now in Anaheim, CA where we’ll be opening up for Graham Bonnet. Graham, if you’re unfamiliar with his work has sung for Rainbow, the Michael Schenker Group, Alcatrazz, and Impellitteri. This should be a fun show for us, seeing as I’ve never played at NAMM before. We also start our Tour on February 29th in Sacramento, CA. You can track our tour schedule on BandsinTown, Kill Ritual Web, KR Twitter or on our Facebook Page. We’ll be out on the road all most all of March heading up the coast of California, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Montana, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, back home to Vegas for me, then back into California. It will be a pretty good first run.

Last but not least, we have added a second guitarist to the band. Byron Nemeth will be heading out on the road with us so we’re getting things tight right now. 2016 is going to be one hell of a year.

Peace,

David
