Abundance

Welcome to Monday, January 8th, which is a 2 in Numerology.

Today’s card is Abundance. There are three cups on top of an ever-flowing waterfall. On the card, it says ‘Everflowing interchange of love’.  Combined with today’s 2 energy of insight and enlightenment… it’s a good day to be with your tribe. Celebrate your success.

Yesterday I said that it was a 2 when it was actually a 1. Forgive me for that. Because I believe there are no coincidences it’s possible there was a deeper lesson that I needed to learn from this. If you wish to look at yesterday again I have revisited it with a new perspective.

How many of us are afraid of abundance?

I remember years ago I had learned the practice of vision boards. Every time I did a vision board I would mark off what I had accomplished. More often than not each board had everything or close to everything marked as complete. As my life got busy I stopped doing them. I guess that we feel like it’s too much work. This path isn’t easy. It takes practice but the payoff is worth everything.

Today is a good day to not only get back and honor your tribe and yourself, it’s a good day to get back into the practice of being abundant. If you feel that you don’t deserve abundance look deep into that and ask yourself why? Peel back the onion layer until you get to the root. I guarantee that you will find out that it was just passed down to you. It was never yours because we are born perfect. We just learn imperfection.

Walk On

Welcome to Sunday, January 7th, which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Princess of Wands. She is the independent free spirit. She is daring, fiery, impulsive and creative. You can’t tie this one down, nor would you want to. Just watching her from the sidelines, you want to see what she will achieve. Almost like an Olympic athlete.

Today’s number is the 1. It is destiny’s force. Pioneering and independent. Combined with the Princess of Wands there is nothing that can stop you now. You are a force of love. The dark side of this is that you can cut someone at the knees if you so wish. Remember the story of the Wolf.

Once upon a time, there was a Cherokee grandfather who told his grandson, “Grandson, there are two wolves inside of me. One wolf is white, good and altruistic, generous and kind, and the other wolf is black, mean and greedy, violent and angry. Walk your path of truth and you will be abundant throughout your life. You are free, abundant and contain all of the insight of the stars. Walk on the path least chosen, but walk upright without fear. Be the change you wish to see in this world, don’t wait for it to come from someone else.

Take the High Road

Welcome to Saturday, January 6th, which is a 9 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Princess of Swords. Think of this card as the messenger, the one who knows all and is the negotiator between opposing parties. She has been confided in by both which, if she so decided, could crush each of them. With the energy of today’s 9, it is that of Universal Love, Brotherhood, Completion, and Humanitarianism. So she will choose the high road and not use her knowledge to her own advantage. She knows that it’s not about her, it’s about the bigger picture.

We all have this within us, but all too often we make it about ourselves. We’ll cut others down with what we know to make ourselves feel better. Knowledge is Power but when abused it can be completely destructive. When used to enlighten, sharing it, we feel better and so do those around us that we share it with. Replacing the low energy of ‘Love of Power’ with the ‘Power of Love’ we will start to feel this oneness.

Power is gained by sharing knowledge, not hoarding it.

Today is a day to cut through the bullshit, in a loving way. Once we step out of the ego we allow ourselves to be that light that someone needs right now. Start with the thought of, “How would I like to be treated?”, and this will allow you to step into this space of grace.

Take a breath!

Welcome to Friday, January 5th, which is an 8 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 9 of Disks or Gain. Whatever you’ve done in the past month or so, whatever you’ve strived for has worked out perfectly. It’s different than what you thought, but still perfect. This card stands for accomplishment, health, and well-being.

The energy and vibration of the 8 is about gifts. We’re talking about your natural talents, abilities and/or psychic abilities.

You are finding out that the more you give, the more you get.

You’ve heard the term before but never has it resonated with you so much as now. We’re only 5 days into this 11 year (read some of my previous blogs about the 11) and we’re already feeling a difference. An 11 year or a 2 (1+1=2) is opposite of the 1 energy of 2017. We’re now in the sacred feminine. Things are calmer… still busy, but calmer. The need to know is not the predominant force now. Going with the flow seems to be the vibe.

If you’re feeling a bit chaotic right now it might mean that the lessons of 2017 aren’t sinking in or you’re in resistance. What’s that old saying from the Borg in Star Trek? “Resistance is Futile”. Well, they’re right. It is. The law of attraction states; What you resist persists / What you embrace dissolves. Why? When you are resisting something your focus is still on what you are resisting. When you embrace it you are no longer focused on it. Pretty easy concept.

The Moon

Welcome to Thursday, January 4th, which is a 7 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Moon. I woke up at 4:30 am today. Tossing and turning, restless sleep. The Moon is telling us that hidden subconscious issues and fears are coming to the surface. This is something that we’ve been wanting but dreadfully afraid of finding out what the actual ‘problem’ has been for so long.

Combined with the 7 energy today it is letting us know that we need time alone for introspection. We need to silence the outside world for a bit to get our heads straight. Today is a great day to stay off of social media, give yourself a break from it. There are too many opinions there that aren’t of your own beliefs which makes it harder for you to see what your own truth is.

When somebody tells you that you are ‘wrong’ don’t take that at face value. Life is a mirror and when people attack you they are only expressing their own fears and failures. It’s easy to fall into their trap if you at first don’t ground yourself. It will be easy for you to let things go today that don’t serve you. Just remember though… cutting things out of your life just because you don’t like what you are hearing is not the answer. Only get rid of what doesn’t serve you any longer. Let it go with love and the best of intentions.

Energetic Shapeshifter

Welcome to Wednesday, January 3rd, which is a 6 in Numerology.

Today’s card is Strength. Take a look at the card. It has a woman in ecstasy and a tamed lion. The lion represents our primal instincts and the woman represents love and passion.

Combined with the 6 energy they are telling us that we know we have this inner strength to accomplish any goal but our primal instincts have a tendency to sway us away from our path. Some hide in drugs, sex, alcohol, or get caught up in their jobs instead of focusing on their true passion.

When everything seems to be going so right for us why do we sabotage it?

I don’t think we mean to, I just think we don’t know how to harness the energy so we go directly towards our vice thinking that will harness it for us. In truth, all it does is take us further from our path and we end up miserable and our dream further away from our grasp.

What can we do to stop this sabotaging behavior?

Start finding your tribe. Start finding the people that struggle with the same issues that you do. Find a meetup group that will help empower you and again, when you stray… quit beating yourself up. Write down your struggles and learn more about why you do what you do.

None of us are perfect, but at the same time, we are. That is the polarity of being human. We strive to be perfect instead of recognizing that we already are. It’s good to have goals, dreams, and aspirations but just remind yourself that you are already there and that there is nowhere that you need to get to. That’s all these vices are… they are our inner selves telling us that we will never get there so we drown our sorrows.

The Mystic Chord of Memory

Welcome to Tuesday, January 2nd, which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is The World and combined with the 5 energy it is letting us know that the Adventure has begun! All of the hard work that we’ve put in is now coming to fruition. Do the lessons every stop? No. Nor would you want them to. We are here to learn, that is what this Earth plane is all about.

We come down here as Spiritual ‘Be’ings having a human experience. Our bodies are just avatars; vehicles to move within this plane. When we start to wake up to this realization then it is easier to move through it… separating our feelings from the mundane.  You start to look at yourself in the 3rd person. When anxiety and fear start to set in you have the capacity within yourself to analyze instead of reacting.

They call this a Spiritual Practice because it takes practice. This isn’t something that you go and take a class on and then put it aside because you think you know it all. No. It takes practice because on this earth plane it is easy to get caught up in life. It’s easy to forget.

Continue with your Spiritual Practice by surrounding yourself with like-minded people. Find your tribe. Don’t be afraid to be a leader instead of a follower. This world has enough followers and not enough leaders.

Give yourself permission.
