Welcome to Tuesday, December 26th which is a 3 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 8 of Disks, Prudence, along with the 3 energy they are asking us to come out to play. It is the end of a cycle and you are anew. There is some deep wisdom that has been brewing beneath the surface and today is the day to bring it out and shine.

There is an expression that I picked up while reading the Kybalion. One of the seven Hermetic Principles is the Principle of Correspondence.

As above, so below; As below, so above.

The same goes with inner and outer, up and down, etc. What you think inside mirrors what is outside. If you think the world is shit… then it is. Is this a Pollyanna Hippy Dippy fairytale kind of talk? No. It’s science. You can experiment with it and see the results yourself.

All of your dreams and desires can and will come true if you focus first on the inside. Feel what it feels like. I do this kind of visualization before I go on stage. I run the whole show through my head. I see the crowd, the band, everything. I hear me singing like a bird. When I don’t do this I have a less than stellar performance, one of them being fairly recently. If you were there, you knew. So… take it from me. It works.

But, like the song states today… you’ve got to come out and play. Test the waters. You can’t hide inside your head. There needs to be a balance of both.

A lot of people never get out of their head because past results have been horrible. You need to change your mindset. If you wish for something know that it comes when you need it to come, not when you want it to come. Your ego ‘wants’ it to come but your soul knows when the right time is. A good way to think of this earth plane is to think of the manifestation process as having to come through a wall of molasses. It’s almost as if the Universe is asking you, “Are you sure you want this or is this just what you want right now?”

So… keep focusing on what you want repeatedly and you will eventually see your results. Trust the Process.

Welcome to Monday, December 25th which is an 11 in Numerology.

Today is Christmas around the world and today’s card, The Princess of Swords combined with the Master Number 11 energy is saying…

Revolution!!!

Jesus was a revolutionary. He taught an important message, one that we’ve mostly forgotten as a society. He taught his followers to think for themselves. He was quoted to have said that we are all Gods! The Jewish High Lords called him blasphemous for saying this and as the story goes… he was crucified for his teachings.

People have put too much faith in ‘religion’ and not enough faith in the messages from the founders; Jesus, Mohammad, Krishna, Buddha… all Ascended Masters and all whose followers today (in the most extreme forms) are fighting over who was better, who was right and who is wrong.

Let me preface this by saying, whatever you believe in is your choice. As long as you are not harming yourself or others then I stand 100% behind your choice.

Why do people follow religions?

I believe it is easier to be told what to do than to make those choices ourselves because when we have to make those choices ourselves we have to claim full responsibility.

How am I so sure of this?

Because I lived it. I was in the Marines. I was told to do things, to follow orders, I was taught that those in the higher ranks were doing whatever they were doing for the right reason. Reasons I couldn’t know at the low rank that I was. Truth be told… it was comforting not having to know. Following orders was easier than having to weigh my own moral compass. Religion, to me, is no different. They are equally hypocritical.

I have always held the standard of being ‘Christ’ like, not a Christian. And because I hold firm to this belief, I claim full responsibility for my actions.

Are you a revolutionary or are you just another follower? I am asking this hard question because, in the coming year, 2018… an 11 year it will be asking you the same question.

True Wealth

Welcome to Sunday, December 24th which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 10 of Disks in the Röhrig Tarot deck which is the Wealth card. Combined with the energy of the one; opulence, leadership, originality, intuitive, new beginnings, pioneering and independence… it is saying a LOT.

Have you been naughty or nice?

I did a remake of a Greg Lake song called ‘I believe in Father Christmas’. There is a line in this song that sticks out… ‘The Christmas you get you deserve’. If you delve deeper down this rabbit hole you will find a deeper meaning.

If you’ve been giving of yourself all year long (hopefully longer) your results are going to show up. I think that is the magic of Christmas. We get to see our results in the material. If you’ve been an asshole, treating people poorly, been an armchair warrior on social media, etc., your results are going to be disappointing.

If you’ve been kind, loving, caring and treating others as you would like to be treated this holiday season will be filled with loved ones surrounding you and plenty of cheer.

Not every gift comes in presents… they come in presence.

So… the lesson here for you today is to use this holiday season as a gauge. Only you will know your results by the way you feel.

Welcome to Saturday, December 23rd which is a 9 in Numerology.

So yesterday we had the Death card… what came up for you? Did you notice anything in particular? Well, if you did, you are well on your way because today’s card, although a seemingly negative card, it is telling us that everything that we’ve been suffering was all a perception. Our perception. Notice the letters and the numbers on the card; HJKL and 1234. What do you notice about each group?

There is no ‘I’.

You’ve heard there is no I in team? This is true. When we don’t express our feelings, our fears, our hopes, and dreams, we are in the ‘I’ energy. We are alone. When we DO express the above we can get ‘out of our heads’ and get a different perspective on what is going on. Sometimes, well, most of the time, we make shit up… and almost always it’s not good. We are our own worst critics and we will be the first to beat ourselves up. Even Narcissists do this, believe it or not. They probably do it even more because their outward projection is to do the opposite: hurt those around them because of their deep hurt inside.

So, today the 10 of Swords combined with the 9 energy is saying that this could be the end of the internal dialog that you’ve been subjecting yourself to for so very long.

Give yourself a break. You’re doing the best you can under the circumstances.

Welcome to Friday, December 22nd which is an 8 in Numerology and is also a Master Number Day (22)!

Today’s card is the Death card. Don’t let that frighten you. Death is nothing more than change. It’s apropos that we are afraid of death because we are just as petrified of change. The number 8’s vibration says it’s a Master of Spiritual Power AND with today’s date, the 22nd, double that Power!

So what is this saying to us?

Don’t be afraid to access your Spiritual Power. Once you do this, change will come quickly and easily. There is a saying in the spiritual community that says, ‘What you resist, persists.’. An explanation for this which Carl Yung once wrote about is that when you are resisting something you are focusing on what you are resisting. If you weren’t focusing on it, you wouldn’t be resisting it.

Here is an example; When I say, “Don’t look at that Red Car.” Where does your attention go to? It goes to the car. We can’t help it, that’s how our minds operate. So, whatever you might be resisting, say, smoking, your attention will still be on smoking. The only way to stop resistance is to focus on something else.

So David, what’s your point?

Whatever is scaring you right now, don’t focus on what scares you… just do it. Just move forward and embrace the change. I guarantee you will come out on the other side saying, “That wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.”

All Monkey’s Go to Heaven

Welcome to Thursday, December 21st which is a 7 in Numerology and is also the first day of the Winter Solstice.

Today’s card is the Knight of Swords. Look at his eyes… they are like laser’s pointing toward a goal. A good expression for today would be, ‘No Holds Barred’. Having absolutely no limitations or restrictions. Combined with the energy of the 7 which is telling us to go within, get precise. What is it that we want to say today? Make everything you say and do today count.

What is your soul purpose?

That is what should be expressed. Don’t skirt around what needs to be said. Now, I’m not saying to go off on people. Not at all, that is fear (False. Evidence. Appearing. Real.). If expressed in that fashion you are masking what you really want to say. Make each of these expressions in love ONLY.

We know what our goals are deep inside. For some, it is just to be loved, for others it may be fame, and others fortune. If you express these goals with love you will find your path unfolding in front of you because the Universe wants you to succeed. When we express outwardly that we don’t know what our goals are, inside we are thinking they are unattainable, that they are stupid.

Remember when you were a child and you would make believe? Get into that space again today. It may seem silly, but that is our truest self-expression.

Take off the Mask

Welcome to Wednesday, December 20th which is a 6 in Numerology.

Look at the masks on today’s card and look at the stern look on the woman’s face in the background. The 6 being the vibration of needing security without restraints. What does this say to you?

So few of us are willing to take the masks off of our faces, afraid of what the world might think when they see our true selves. Social media is a great place to hide behind a mask. Have you ever been on a dating site and then met the person on the other side? I have. I remember quite a few times the other person saying to me, “Wow. You look exactly like your profile picture.” I would think to myself… “Um… why wouldn’t I?”. I also remember doing one of these ‘dates’ and not recognizing the other person at all. I mean, they looked nothing like their profile picture, and the look on their faces said, ‘busted’.

Why are people hiding behind these masks?

In their defense, they are projecting who they would like to be. This is who they see themselves as and they live the role of this perceived self online. They get to test the waters in this dreamworld. The only problem with this experiment is that it rarely translates well in the real world, so they never get out from behind the keyboard.

Today is a great day to say ‘fuck it’. Take off the mask and allow yourself to be you. When you do this it is guaranteed that people will run away. It will be scary because you’re going to have to own your own shit. But, your real friends will praise you for taking off the mask because they know who you really are, they have seen behind the mask and have just been patiently waiting for you to do so.
