Invisible Sun

Welcome to Wednesday, September 12th which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Star

The I Ching Hex 30 says this…

“When you can appreciate nature’s power to break through all barriers, you will discover that this same power is inside of you.”

Clarity. Inside of us all is an invisible Sun. If it was visible all of the time we would not know what clarity is. Meaning, our darkness must come out so that we can see our light. The Yin/Yang of life. So, when we do go into the darkness… allow it. Accept it. Embrace it for what it is and then let it go. Sometimes we have to go through the dark night of the soul so that we can find true clarity. We need to slump down in hell so that we get a deeper perspective of who we are and why we are here.

Remember yesterday’s card and what was written? We asked the question, “Where do I go?” If you were in hell, like I was for the past few days, you went inside of yourself, you meditated, you consoled close friends, and you realized the commonality within those friends. You realized that even when you are in the deepest, darkest place. You are not alone. You never have been.

With today’s energy of the 5 signifies the need for change, because change is the only constant.

Welcome to Tuesday, September 11th which is a 4 in Numerology.

Today’s card is Knight of Wands

I open myself to my own success.

There are times in our life when we get in our own way. I happen to be a victim of it myself, especially for the last few days. It’s always hard to take our own advice and that is why we reach out to others… or we should reach out to others. Don’t think it a burden because there are always, at least the majority, those that want to help.

Something I have to remind myself of; We are powerful beyond what we think. When we start to feel powerless and that there is no future in our sight then it is time to get away for a bit, even if it is just taking a hike.

And probably the most important phrase for today is this;

Wherever we go… there we are.

All I Need is a Miracle

Welcome to Monday, September 10th which is a 3 in Numerology.

Today’s card is Aeon, or Judgement.

I trust myself in this moment.

The I Ching hexagram #63 which corresponds with Aeon states this; Order, Chaos, then order again. Such is the way of the great untangling.

When we trust ourselves, when we trust our own judgements and we know the flow of life (Order/Chaos/Order), we understand that once we complete something it’s not time to rest on our laurels, it is time to move forward onto and into the next step. I’ve found in my life that when I completed something and then sat too long I became complacent, that I’ve felt like there must be something more. I mean, seriously… do you really think that once you reach one level you are done? You’re not done here until you take your last breath. This human experience is about moving forward all the time.

If you find yourself moving backwards from time to time… Awesome! It means that you’ve recognized that you are moving backwards which only means that you know it’s time to move forward. When you don’t recognize that you are moving backwards you start playing the blame game. You start pointing the finger and become a victim.

Remember… we create ALL of our experiences.

With today’s energy of the 3 it is telling us to celebrate what we’ve accomplished in our lives so far! You haven’t accomplished anything? Hogwash… sit down with yourself and give yourself that much needed pat on the back and open up to the possibility that you are indeed a miracle.

Welcome to Sunday, September 9th which is an 11 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Prince of Disks

The Prince of Disks, it is said, is like the I Ching Hexagram #53. I’ve started to study Human Design recently and works a lot with the I Ching. Hexagram #53 is Ji’an (Development).

When I lived in Florida we would get ready for Hurricane Season every year. Get the shutters ready for the house, trim the trees, make sure there wasn’t anything loose around the yard, clean out the garage so the cars could get in, etc. Well, when a hurricane would hit us we would notice that the Palm Trees would bend almost completely over, but never did their roots pull from the ground. Because they were native plants they had ‘learned’ over time to adapt to their environment, but the non-native trees would snap or get rooted easily causing horrible damage.

So… what’s my point? If you want to cultivate a good foundation for your life you need to methodically work towards the goal that you want to achieve, like the foundation of a house, or the Palm Tree. A lot of us run around with our heads cut off trying to make stuff happen which in the Tao they call the ‘Monkey Mind’. Always busy but never really achieving anything.

Today’s vibration of the 11, a Master Number known as the Master Teacher or Spiritual Light Messenger. It’s saying to us that if we want to achieve this we must slow ourselves down, focus on a goal and move towards that goal.

Temperance

Welcome to Saturday, September 8th which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is Temperance or Art.

As Bruce Lee once said, “Be Water my friend.”

What did he mean by this? Have you noticed that water just flows? It has no attachment to anything. It flows and everything follows it to the ocean. Imagine that your higher self, God, whatever you label source is the ocean. When you release detachment or what you think things are supposed to look like you become water and just flow to the ocean.

I’ll tell you a little story and what I made up in my head yesterday. I was up at 4:30am and was going all day long then I found out that I needed to be in Palm Desert at the Satori Center for 10am this morning! I kind of freaked out in my head that I couldn’t do this because I hadn’t gotten enough sleep. Well, once I got over myself and reminded myself that I am water… well, before you knew it I was comfortably asleep in a a nice soft bed in Palm Desert with Eyeballs laying there with me.

So… what are you making up in your head today? Do you notice a pattern?

The Tower

Welcome to Friday, September 7th which is a 9 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Tower

All life is change – we can either surrender to this, or fight against it. What the Tower teaches us is that the power of life is undeniable. We can learn our lessons the easy way – by being open and accepting; or we can do things the hard way, clinging to things and ideas that no longer work for us.

So… today, we need to examine ourselves to identify the things to which we are clinging that no longer serve us well. Listen carefully for random symbols which will point you in the right direction.

Sometimes we will be asked to take a blind leap of faith under the influence of the Tower – remember this card signals breakthrough and extension – growth from experience, and self trust. Whenever you are unsure about your abilities to deal with things, remind yourself what you have already passed through in your life. There’s a river of knowledge flowing through you already.

Welcome to Thursday, September 6th which is an 8 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Ace of Disks

With yesterday’s Death card what did you get rid of? Hopefully you’ve shed away at least some of those demons? Well, if you did today is going to be an amazing day. Today’s card is an Earth card and it represents an open door to something lucrative. Something that can grow and prosper. This can come in financial or spiritual means.

With an Earth card we want to pay special attention to the Yin/Yang of what is around us, the ebb and flow of the world. Start noticing the pulse around you. Start to feel the Earth and what it is saying to you. You see, we are part of Gia so everything around us is a part of us, we are not separate. Once we realize this, as the Native Americans do, we start to understand that everything is a part of us, everything is with us, not against us.

Today’s vibration of the 8, infinity, is about giving and receiving and recognizing our role that we play in this. Change comes from within, not from outside of ourselves.
