Welcome to Friday the 13th! April 13th which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Strength Card. The Strength card is telling us that we are finding the courage that we didn’t think we had and that we, in fact, DO have control of our lives. Combined with the energy of the 1 it is telling us that we are crowned with success and that reaping our rewards is now at hand.

I don’t know about you but today I can feel this power running through my veins. Yesterday was a little topsy-turvy because a bit of me was in denial of my strength, still reaching out for help when all along I’ve had it within myself. It’s ok to reach out though, but remember that our inner intuition is ALWAYS what we must trust, even when we think it’s off.

But what if I don’t trust my own intuition?

It’s usually not your intuition that you don’t trust, it’s usually the voice in your head AFTER the first thought that tells you that you are wrong. That is Ego. So, if you are having issues with this it is best to step away from everything and seek council within. Meditate. Concentrate on your breath and let your intuition come forward.

Are you willing to take on this power as your own? Are you willing to say that the ‘buck stops here’? Are you willing to take responsibility for all of your actions instead of passing them off because somebody else told you that you should?

Don’t lose faith in your own self. Trust in yourself. As I stated above, seek counsel when you feel ‘off’, but don’t make it a habit of thinking that somebody else has the answer all of the time.

Welcome to Thursday, April 12th which is a 9 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 10 of Disks. Can you say ‘Abundance and Prosperity’?

Wow! Today is a magical day because we have the Wealth card combined with the energy of the 9. The 9 today talks about Completion, Balance, and Perfection and is calling the Artist within us to go out and grab what we want. It is our destiny. Today our richest potentials unfold!

Have you been striving for something for so long, been disappointed for so long, that you just get used to having nothing? What would it feel like to be prosperous? Can you even see yourself that way?

You’ve done a lot of work. You’ve been up and down for so long now. Remember I talked about trust? Now is the time to trust that the Universe definitely has your back and that all of your dreams WILL come true.

It’s you that is stopping the flow because it’s there! It’s there to grab!

Money is just an energy. That’s all. It allows you to move forward, to fulfill your dreams. Don’t let yourself buy into the old paradigm that ‘Money is the Root of All Evil’. It can be if you allow it too, but if you use it as a tool it can help you. You have to change that mindset yourself. Get out of your head that if you have money it will change you because it will if you don’t change that old thought pattern. Instead, tell yourself about all of the good you could do with the money energy!

Again… can you feel it? Will you allow yourself to feel it?

Surrender

Welcome to Wednesday, April 11th which is an 8 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Princess of Cups. Look at how she is surrendering. Floating through the sky with the feather. She is self-confidence and freedom. Combined with today’s vibration of the 8 it is telling us to surrender. It’s time for a re-evaluation.

Yesterday was hard for most. I’ve talked to several people about it, but if they stuck to their guns and didn’t give in to what wasn’t for their highest good then today should be a very relaxing day. Just like after a rough storm there are always calm seas.

So the big word here is ‘Surrender’. Ego hates this word because it means that we have to trust. Trust in our own inner guidance and trust that no matter what the Universe has our highest and best interest at hand. We may not know what is around the corner and that usually triggers us into fear mode. People get scared of endings and new beginnings because that is the unknown. Surrendering to non-attachment of an outcome seems impossible to most but if we can trust ourselves enough and just take it with baby steps we will be able to look back knowing that we’ve made the right choices.

What are you attached to? What are you afraid to let go of? I’m not talking about relationships with another person, I’m asking what are you afraid to let go of within yourself?

Ponder that today. It’s all about you. Everything you see is a reflection of yourself.

Everything’s so Blurry

Welcome to Tuesday, April 10th which is a 7 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Queen of Swords and combined with the energy of the 7 we have a day that would be best suited to reflect on self. It’s too easy of a day to become malicious and narrow-minded. This card can be very sensitive, perceptive and intelligent, but she also represents water in the air, so emotions can run high when feeling unsure about things in their life.

Today we woke up to a storm of emotions and words were not thought before spoken and feelings got hurt. It seems to be in the air right now. There is a lot of heavy energy around the world and we are all up in arms because we don’t know how to ‘fix’ it. Sometimes we just have to let it ride out, bite our tongues and meditate.

If you have issues with control, today could be a very difficult day for you. If you feel you have to know everything and every outcome it might be good to take a long walk with yourself and do your best to focus on what you can control. You can control the rhythm of your breath. You can control the rhythm of your heart. Just breath today, deep and long, and ‘know’ that everything is going to be ok.

Like the lyrics posted below. ‘Make up your own ending and let me know just how you feel.’ This is all made up, it’s just shifting our perception of what is and what is not. We have control of this, nobody else.

Crucify

Welcome to Monday, April 9th which is a 6 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 3 of Disks. Work. Are we doing the work necessary to achieve all of our dreams? Remember we have to be balanced in all areas of our lives. Sometimes we work so hard on our goals that we end up neglecting other areas of our lives. Today’s 6 vibration combined with the 3 of Disks is telling us that we have to create a deep sense of order within ourselves. Almost like a shopping list. I’ve never been good with lists, but it might be a good time to start.

Today’s 6 vibration is also telling us to be conscious of our dreams. This can be consciously and subconsciously. We can gain a lot of valuable information from these invisible forces that can give us inspiration that we feel we are lacking.

I’ll be the first one to tell you that I have a blessed life and yet I am still not happy. Is it because I am so driven that I can’t see what I’ve accomplished? Do I only focus on what I don’t have instead of what I do have? If that is the case, what good is all of this self-help and healing if I can’t do it for myself?

Do you look for outside sources for help? Do you not trust your own inner guidance? And if you tried to trust your inner guidance would you recognize it anyway?

Today I want you to look deep into your heart. Be brave. Ask yourself. What makes you happy?

The Devil Made me Do it!

Welcome to Sunday, April 8th which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is The Devil. Do not take this card as a negative. The Devil is aware of the darkness, it knows what shadows lurk but that does not stop it from moving forward, no matter what the price. Society used to burn people at the stake when new ideas would unfold because they said it was ‘of the devil’.

Combined with today’s energy of the 5 of personal freedom, unconventional individualism, and non-attachment they are telling you to start focusing on the positive choices in your life instead of focusing so much on the negative.

Many people suffer from addiction. When I speak of addiction it just doesn’t mean from drugs, alcohol or sex, although it could mean this too, I am speaking of addiction to patterns. We get stuck in patterns that we don’t like and therefore think that is who we are, that we can never change. And when we repeat these addictions, patterns, whatever you want to label them we automatically decide that we are fucked. We’re broken.

Let me give you an example. And I believe I’ve used this one before. I used to smoke cigarettes. I smoked for 10 years. I started when I was in the Marines and quite honestly I never thought I could beat that addiction. I hated myself for it. Every time I would try to quit I found myself back, chained to that cigarette. It wasn’t until I changed my focus and detached myself of the label of ‘smoker’ did it change. People today would never know that I smoked because I don’t label myself as an ‘ex-smoker’. I just don’t smoke.

What labels do you put on yourself? Can you focus on non-attachment to those labels? Once you do then you will set yourself free.

Shake it Up

Welcome to Saturday, April 7th which is a 22 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 6 of Cups. Pleasure. The 6 is Cups is traditionally that of looking back on pleasurable things, nostalgia. But sometimes when we look back we get stuck there and don’t learn the lessons of why they aren’t there anymore. I’m not trying to be Davey Downer here… I’m just saying, don’t get stuck in the past. You are here now for a reason. Combined with today’s 22 (Spiritual Master Builder) is saying the same exact thing. We will often stay in comfortable situations rather than move forward.

So what does this mean?

Sometimes we have to shake up our lives a bit so that everyone in relationship to each other is on board. People come and go in our lives all the time. I’ve noticed this in our little community here in Las Vegas. A lot of them look at this as a bad thing, as if they’ve done something wrong. No, nobody has done anything wrong, we’ve just gone in different directions.

If you find yourself stuck because you are afraid of change then I challenge you to shake it up a bit and see what happens. You might find that your friends, lovers, family are welcoming that change themselves? It is quite possible that all parties concerned are not happy. Does this mean that you have to part ways with these people?

Not necessarily.

It means that it is possible that you might go in a different direction, but it’s also possible that both parties can grow together, instead of apart.

My challenge for you today is to lay everything out on the table and see what happens. Either way, you will grow. Again, today being a 22, a Master Number is there with its energy to guide you along.
