Feel the Cycle

Welcome to Tuesday, September 4th which is a 6 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 4 of Wands.

The 4 of Wands is Completion. I don’t know about you… but for the last several months I’ve felt a stagnation in my life. Last night was the first time I recorded anything in months! It actually felt good to get behind the mic again. Completion means that stagnation period is over. It was a process that we had to go through to get to where we are in our heads… or should I say, to get out of our heads.

I’ve been studying my Human Design chart recently and one of the things it talks about is the ebb and flow of thoughts. Just like in manifestation that I talked about recently, we need to have a gestation period for just our ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ answers. Following our gut is still a priority but I’ve altered that a bit. Instead of blurting out my ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ answers I now listen to what my gut says, and then I reassess what my gut says and then make my decision.

Why have I altered this? Well, recently while talking to a friend I gave my gut reaction which was pretty negative. I had to look at my ‘gut’ answer again, as I’ve described, and reassess that answer. Was my ‘gut’ reaction because of something that had an impact in my past or was it my honest, in the moment truth? Well, come to find out, in my embarrassment, that my initial gut reaction was based off of an old pattern and had nothing to do with the now.

Where in your life have you made snap judgements? Could completion also be an end of a cycle for you as well? That is your choice.

The Empress

Welcome to Monday, September 3rd which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Empress.

The Empress is about Manifestation and Creation. I like this card because it tells me to think a little bit before I act. Think of nurturing mothers… they don’t just say, “Here’s a kid, pop it out and send it off.” No… they know instinctively that they have to nurture the baby, help it grow, pay attention to it and then it will flourish.

Same goes with manifesting. I have a tendency to want everything right NOW! But if you think about having everything right now… every thought coming to fruition immediately you would try to shut off your brain because you’d be overwhelmed and very cautious about your thoughts. Fortunately there is a gestation, a nurturing to manifestation. It’s as if the Universe wants us to be serious about it before it comes into existence. That’s a good thing.

Let me tell you about my weekend… I’ve been studying Human Design and I’ve been gobbling this stuff up. So much so that it has overwhelmed me and nothing has existed this past weekend except my dog and food. Other than that it’s been “Human Design”. I found myself wanting to KNOW everything about it and wanting it NOW. Well, like I mention it burned me out. I wasn’t giving time to let it absorb into myself.

So… today is a great day to manifest all that you want but let it flow into you. Don’t force it. Just ‘know’ that it will come when it is supposed to come.

Good Ass Prana

Welcome to Friday, August 31st which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Ace of Cups.

All encompassing love fills me and my environment.

When we are filled with love we are at our most creative peak. People sense when you are filled with love, did you know that? We have senses that are working overtime for us that we don’t pay a lot of attention to so when somebody ‘senses’ something about someone that they don’t like, or that they are attracted to it’s the pharomones working overtime.

Did you know that our nasal cavity has roughly twelve million odor-detecting cells and that each odor-detecting cell has one of about 350 different olfactory receptor proteins? Our brains olfactory bulb is the area of our brain that sorts through smells. I’ll leave it at that for you to do research on, but one last thing on the senses before I make my point… we see this happen in dogs. I know that every time we cook onions, garlic, or anything pungent like that our dog goes outside. He can’t handle it. Imagine if we paid attention to our senses like dogs do?

So… what am I getting at. What I’m saying is that no matter what your ‘mood’, your intention, your ‘vibe’ people subconsciously ‘know’. So when you are filled with love you will attract the same, and when you attract the same that is when magic happens. This could be in romantic relationships, business, friendships or even just the love of yourself.

So… today, with the vibration of the 5 in your favor (the 5 senses) take a deep breath and as Ralph Smart says, “Breathe in that good ass Prana!”

Mirrors

Welcome to Thursday, August 30th which is a 4 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Princess of Swords.

Cutting through the BullShit.

When this card comes up she is telling us to look in the mirror, that is if we are in alignment with ourselves… when we are out of alignment that is usually when we are pointing the finger at someone or something else. Playing the ‘blame game’ or being in denial.

I’m assuming because you are reading this you aren’t pointing your finger at anybody but yourself.

What area of your life have you been in denial of? With the vibration of the 4 today it is saying that we have the hidden (seemingly hidden at times) power to uncover un-rightfulness. It’s saying that fairness comes in small packages, it doesn’t take a big production and over the top kinds of things to feel that we’re being fair to ourselves. For instance… this morning with me… up early, out of bed, do my cards, have coffee and then go for a run.

Being fair to myself and looking in the mirror and pretending that my waistline isn’t growing is denial. So… with that being said… I’m heading out for a run.

Even Flow

Welcome to Tuesday, August 28th which is an 11 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Star.

Hope. Regeneration. Vision. A New Life!

The Star card is about creating ourselves. It’s telling us that when we treat ourselves with love and tenderness we are transformed.

What are all of the voices in your head that tell you that you are unworthy? That little voice that reminds you of everything you’ve done wrong in your life? Well, I can tell you that those voices are ever present, or have been ever present in my life. I finally decided to face those demons. It wasn’t easy. When you go into battle you are scared. If anybody tells you that you aren’t, they are lying. But, when you just say ‘Fuck it’ and move forward it will be one of the best choices in your life that you’ve ever made.

This card marks a turning point. Saturday Night while the moon was full I had a hard time sleeping. I was on fire! My energy level was WAY up but I needed to sleep because I had a Mountain Bike ride in the early morning. So, instead of ‘trying’ to sleep I worked Reiki on myself. Working on yourself during the full moon is probably the best time to do it because the energy is so high. The next morning I woke up, a bit groggy, but still on fire. I had an awesome ride, and during the ride I was running through my head what healing I was looking for.

Abundance was the most important thing on my mind. I was now allowing myself to feel abundant. I had reached a point where I no longer wanted to feel the depression and weight of being poor. I screamed, “NO MORE!” while riding and pedaled on in ecstasy.

The client that I was riding with gave me a $50 tip. I smiled and knew it was because I was allowing this. When I got home and got the mail I had received a check for $500. Again, I smiled and knew it was because I was finally allowing this.

The High Priestess is telling us that when we go within we can manifest our dreams. You are now allowing yourself to receive. It’s never been anybody outside holding you back. It’s always been you and your limiting beliefs.

Today’s vibration of the 1 is saying that today is a brand new start for you. What are you going to allow?

Dark Side of the Moon

Welcome to Sunday, August 26th which is a 9 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Moon.

Did you see the Moon last night? It was huge and vibrant here in Las Vegas. It was a Moon in Pisces.

Are you ready for the old stories to be gone? Well, this was the Moon to do it with. They say that when the Moon is full at night it shows our shadow side. How long has our shadow side controlled us? How long have we been hiding in the shadows and not allowing our vibrant self be seen? What are we afraid of?

Many questions with this full moon. The energy has been insane. Do you know that the word ‘lunatic’ derives from ‘Luna’, the Moon?

With the old stories gone we get to create a new chapter. For some we’ve carried an old story of self-worth, that we don’t deserve to shine. For some it’s poverty, that we don’t deserve to be abundant. The list can go on. What you need to do is ask yourself what your old story has been telling you, and once revealed we not only have to end that chapter… we have to end that book and start writing a new one.

Today’s song is ‘Dark Side of the Rainbow’. It’s Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd and The Wizard of Oz combined. I thought it would be good for you to see where two different stories connect and create a new story.
